FSA Florida Winter Nationals Information:

Friday February 2nd, 2024 - Home Run Derby & Team Check In

Saturday February 3rd, 2024 - Bracket Play Begins

Sunday February 4th, 2024 - Bracket Play Completed and Champions Crowned

Florida Winter Nationals will include the following divisions:

Mens C
Mens D
Mens E
Womens C
Womens D

Mens Prizes: (Mens Prizes Based on 12 Teams)

1st Place: $1700 CASH or $1500 CASH and 15 FSA WInter National Champions Rings

2nd Place: $750 CASH

3rd Place: $250 CASH

4th Place: Free Entry into a 2024 FSA Florida Event!

Womens Prizes: (Womens Prizes Based on 6 Teams)

1st Place: $750 CASH or $550 CASH and 15 FSA WInter National Champions Rings

2nd Place: $300 CASH

3rd Place: $100 CASH Free Entry into a 2024 FSA Florida Event!

Event Rules:

1. All teams must be sanctioned for 2024 on www.FreedomSoftball.com

2. All players must have a valid player card and be entered on your teams online roster. Any player not on the roster by 11pm, Thursday February 1st will not be permitted to play. If a player is caught playing not on the roster they will be suspended as well as the listed coach for the team. You may purchase a player card by visiting www.FreedomSoftball.com/cards.php

3. Brackets will be done via random draw with a video posted. The bracket will fill in from top to bottom starting with game 1

4. Any team making a deposit who owes cash at the event for the remainder of their entry MUST pay prior to their first game. If payment is not made they will forfeit games until payment has been made

5. Teams will have a 5 minute grace period for their first game of the tournament. After your first game you must be prepared to play 30 minutes prior to your scheduled game time

6. This event will be a 3 game guarantee. The director reserves the right to modify the bracket should it be necessary due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances

7. Balls for this event will be provided. Any team caught trying to use a ball that was not provided by the event directors will be subject to forfeiting their game

8. This event will follow national rules, therefore nets will not be an option. We will have a bat tester on site and umpires as well as directors will have the ability to have any bat tested at their own descretion. Should a bat fail compression it will be held until the team has been eliminated from the event. The bats make, model and serial number will be documented as well for future reference for FSA

9. No team credits from previous events are valid towards the entry fee for this event
